Rebrand & Renovation: Stokely | Bellevue, WA

Bellevue, WA is a rapidly growing tech hub and a popular home base for up-and-coming professionals. A short drive from Seattle, it's routinely ranked among the best mid-sized cities in the US.

When we first discovered Bellevue's Cerasa Apartments, we saw an opportunity to deliver a differentiated living experience. Soon after purchasing the property, we embarked on a rebranding and amenities renovation plan alongside our design partners Paper Laundry and B2 Design Co.

Completed in early 2024, Stokely's upgrades include the building exterior, lobby, leasing office, corridors, club room, outdoor lounge, and gym. We also incorporated a new enclosed conference space for our remote work residents and a complimentary coffee bar. Scroll below for a preview of the incredible transformation.
