Virtú Investments Acquires Skyglass Tower in Seattle, Washington

Virtú Investments has closed on its acquisition of Skyglass Tower, a brand-new Class A, 338-unit, 31-story multifamily tower located in downtown Seattle, Washington.

Skyglass Tower is a LEED Gold, glass-paneled high-rise in the South Lake Union neighborhood. The property offers luxury studio and 1-3 bedroom units, three floors of underground parking, and retail space at ground level. Additional features include a rooftop green space, gym, a lobby with high-end finishes, and views of the Space Needle.

Skyglass Tower is within blocks of top tech employers such as Apple, Meta, and Google, and near leading life science and research employers such as Fred Hutch, Allen Institute, UW Medicine, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Amazon’s global headquarters and the renowned Spheres are located just four blocks from the Property. 

Also within walking distance of the property are many of Seattle’s key cultural and lifestyle destinations.
