Virtú Investments has closed on its purchase of BLU Apartments in Bellevue, Washington. BLU Bellevue Apartments is a 135-unit multifamily complex located at 75 102nd Ave, NE. Recently completed in 2020, the BLU Apartments complex features a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, three-bedrooms, and townhome units.

BLU's location is designated a “Walker's Paradise” with a Walk Score of 90, meaning daily errands do not require a car. Directly across the street from the 20-acre Bellevue Downtown Park, BLU is within walking distance of many neighborhood amenities including world-class dining, shopping, Downtown Bellevue and the business district.
