Virtú Investments closed in December on its purchase of the Blake at Berkeley, in Berkeley, California.
The Blake at Berkeley is an 84-unit multifamily complex located at 2035 Blake Street. Now leasing, the Blake is complete with a suite of desirable urban amenities and features a variety of studio floorplans, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and live/work loft spaces.
