Virtú Evergreen Fund: Reflecting on Our 2024 Impact Journey

At Virtú Investments, we're proud to share the latest chapter of our ongoing impact journey—the release of our 2024 Impact Report. The past year was another remarkable milestone for the Virtú Evergreen Fund, underscoring our commitment to creating both meaningful social and environmental outcomes, as well as sustainable, long-term financial returns.

In 2024, our dedicated approach to operational excellence resulted in substantial savings across energy, water, and emissions. We continued to build on this success, with half our property portfolio achieving outstanding Energy Star ratings above 98 and multiple communities being honored in JTurner’s Elite 1% ORA rankings. These achievements reflect the dual value we're generating—improving the resident experience while optimizing returns for our investors.

Our social initiatives also saw impressive growth. The Virtú Pollinator Program harvested over 500 pounds of honey, and our community-focused efforts distributed more than 27,000 pounds of fresh food. We also introduced our innovative FarmBox container farm, enabling residents direct access to fresh produce right at their doorstep.

Sustainability remains central to our mission. Our flagship solar energy project at Barham Villas surpassed 1,000 megawatt-hours of clean energy production, and our expanded EV charging network supported over 1.6 million miles of electric driving in the past year alone.

Looking forward, our focus remains clear: scaling proven initiatives, expanding our solar energy footprint, and introducing new resident-centric services such as mobile veterinary care. We're excited to deepen our impact, furthering our ability to deliver sustained, measurable results.
