Virtú Investments has closed on its acquisition of ALX San Diego, a 313-unit multifamily property in San Diego, California.

ALX San Diego is located in the heart of San Diego’s Ballpark District neighborhood. The property offers residents with walkable access to the most vibrant areas of the city.

ALX offers studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and penthouses. Apartments feature upscale finishes including hardwood-style flooring and gourmet kitchens, along with city, bay, and ocean views. 

The luxury high-rise is a pet-friendly community and offers a range of common space amenities including a rooftop saltwater zero-edge pool and spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and game room. A clubroom is available to tenants and offers indoor/outdoor space with a firepit, grills, and outdoor dining area.
