Virtú Investments has closed on its purchase of Kearney Plaza, a 131-unit multifamily property in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon.
Located at 931 NW 11th Avenue, the property was completed in 2000 and offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom homes.
Kearney Plaza is pet-friendly with community amenities including a rooftop terrace, courtyard, and BBQ area, as well as free bicycle storage and an on-site espresso bar. Unit amenities include vaulted ceilings, in-unit washer and dryer, quartz countertops, and large closets.
