Janet Salinas

Janet Salinas joined Virtú’s team in 2008 and oversees the California and Oregon portfolio. Janet has worked in the property management industry for 20 years. She previously worked for Greenbriar Homes Communities, managing a diverse group of multifamily assets throughout Northern California with extensive experience in new construction, lease-ups, and renovations. She is currently responsible for all facets of property management, specializing in community renovations, supporting acquisitions and preparation of assets for sale.

Education

Janet holds her Certified Resident Manager certification and is California Certified to operated tax credit communities and continues to further her education in Tenant/Landlord Law.

Interests

Janet enjoys watching her two children play competitive sports as well as creating memories by camping, dirt bike riding, and boating with her family.
