Steven King

Steven leads our full portfolio of maintenance associates in training, inspections, project coordination and other duties that allow on-site teams to identify efficiencies, receive mentorship, and provide exceptional service to our communities.

Steven joined the North Coast family in 2019 and has 15+ years of experience in property operations. Prior to this role, he managed the maintenance team at our Barham Villas property in San Marcos, rotating to other assets to provide assistance where needed.

Interests

Outside of work, Steven enjoys camping, jet skiing, and spending time with his family.
